Why I am committed to join Toptal

From many days, I was searching for a suitable career portal and a place from where either I can get a job or the project on freelancing basis. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was becoming disappointed but even then I didnt give up searching for it. Finally I got some invitee on the LinkedIn for Toptal website. Initially I was surprised and was going to ignore that message but when I opened it, the site was showing me to select an option out of two, 1. Freelancer, 2. Job poster.

Best part is, this site is totally for developers/designers, who are curiously searching internet for online jobs and freelance work.

Well, I am definitely a freelancer at the moment so I went in that way to select it and finally got some sort of procedure to follow on for the setup of the account.

First thing was the personal information, secondly I was asked to provide academic info and finally the experience and project related things.

Toptal is great site which is providing very handy way to setup the account, whereas other many sites are tough to setup.

If one of you, who is reading my story, is needing any work or wants to offer some project to experts developers, this place is definitely for you.

You are at the right place with right guys... and definitely you will get great out of it.

Now how a person can take benefit from here

For a successful business a plan should be mapped out. The following tips would be very helpful:-

·         On a piece of paper write down all the strengths and weaknesses of the individual itself.

·         Carefully select a locale for the small business directory to run for example to launch a restaurant in an area where food restaurants lack and people face difficulty.

·         Ask people questions like “do you like this product and at what price would u buy it”.

·         Ask yourself that why do you want to start this business. Would it be helpful in establishing or would it cost you much?

·         Attractive websites should be made for the promotion of the advertisement.

·         Business directory should also be promoted in electronic as well as print media.
